Cookie & Tracking Notice

Short version

Oliv™ does not currently use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics on our marketing website (olivwellness.com) or in the Oliv iOS application. There is nothing to consent to, opt out of, or block.

1. What we do not use

  • No first-party cookies set by olivwellness.com.
  • No third-party cookies from advertisers, social platforms, or tag managers.
  • No web analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • No advertising trackers, pixels, or fingerprinting.
  • No mobile advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV) in the App.

Because we do not use any of the above, no cookie-consent banner is presented to you when you visit our website. We do not need your consent for tracking that we do not do.

2. Strictly-necessary technology

The website may use very limited strictly-necessary browser storage to function — for example, remembering your selected colour-scheme preference if we add one. This storage is set by your browser, not by us, and is not used to identify you or track you across sites. Strictly-necessary storage of this kind does not require consent under UK or EU privacy law.

The iOS App stores your data locally on your device using Apple's standard storage APIs so that the App can function offline. This is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Apple App Store

When you download the App, Apple Inc. processes that interaction. Apple may use cookies, tokens, and identifiers on its own properties under its privacy policy. We do not control Apple's processing. Oliv™ does not currently use Apple's In-App Purchase mechanism — the App is free to use.

4. What happens if this changes

If we add web analytics, advertising, A/B testing, or any other tracking technology in the future, we will:

  • update this notice and our Privacy Policy to describe what we are doing and why;
  • present a clear consent banner to visitors in the United Kingdom and European Union before any non-essential cookie or tracker is activated, and only activate them with your consent;
  • respect Global Privacy Control ("GPC") and similar opt-out signals from US-state-law visitors; and
  • notify users of the App through the App where required.
